D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP, is engaged in the practice of public accounting providing a wide variety of accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services. The Firm has offices in Utica, Rome, Oneida and Syracuse. They are pleased to announce several new hires.
Dulaima Huo was hired as a tax accountant working out of the Syracuse, New York office. In her role, Dulaima will work on preparation of tax returns, financial statement preparation and assisting with tax planning. She formerly interned with the Firm and is a graduate of Syracuse University, Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a Master of Science degree in Accounting.
Almir Gredelj, CPA was hired as a senior tax accountant working in the tax department out of the Utica, New York office. Almir will work on a wide variety of tax engagements including preparation of tax returns and financial statements. He is a graduate of Utica College with an MBA in Professional Accountancy.
Samantha Pugh was hired as a staff accountant working in the tax department out of the Oneida, New York office. Samantha will work on a wide variety of tax engagements including preparation of tax returns and financial statements. She formerly interned with the Firm and is a graduate of University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Ana Romero was hired as a staff accountant working in the audit department out of the Utica, New York office. In her role, Ana will be assigned to work on a variety of audit and accounting engagements. Ana is a recent graduate of Niagara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting. She is also expected to complete her MBA in Accounting in this coming May.
Sarah Pierce was hired as an administrative support specialist and works out of the Syracuse, New York office. In her role, Sarah will be responsible for a wide variety of general administrative duties and special projects in the office. She is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
Cherri Lando was hired to assist in the tax department out of the Syracuse, New York office. In her role, Cherri will be assigned to work on a variety of accounting engagements. She comes to the Firm with several years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
